Iraqi Client Visits TeZhong Machinery: TZ650 Intelligent Solar Pile Driver Wins High Recognition

Today, TeZhong Machinery was honored to receive a key client from Iraq. The client team conducted an in-depth inspection of the entire production process at the factory and witnessed the on-site operation test of the TZ650 Intelligent Solar Pile Driver, expressing full recognition for the equipment’s intelligent performance and the company’s manufacturing strength.

During the inspection, the client first visited TeZhong Machinery’s production workshop, gaining an intuitive understanding of the full-process manufacturing journey from "steel raw materials to finished machinery". Every process—from raw material pretreatment, precision machining, and professional welding, to grinding & polishing, eco-friendly painting, and core component assembly—adheres to strict corporate production standards. The quality inspection department intervenes throughout the process, from raw material incoming inspection to component forming, conducting one-by-one verification of key indicators such as dimensional accuracy and welding strength to prevent non-conforming products from entering subsequent processes. This "full-process quality control" has laid a solid foundation for equipment reliability, and the client expressed approval of this rigorous production system.

Subsequently, the technical team demonstrated the operation of multiple solar pile driver models to the client: The TZ536 Solar Piling Machine first attracted the client’s attention with its simple operation interface and user-friendly control logic. Among the later demonstrated TZ670 Solar Pile Driver and TZ650 Intelligent Solar Pile Driver, the intelligent functions of the TZ650 stood out as the highlight. This model integrates a GPS+GNSS dual positioning system and wireless remote control technology, supporting full-process automated operations such as autonomous driving, centimeter-level precise positioning, and intelligent auto pile driving & lifting—requiring only one operator to complete the pile foundation construction of a solar power plant. It not only increases construction efficiency by over 40% but also significantly reduces labor costs and operational risks. The client observed the details of the equipment’s operation up close, engaged in in-depth exchanges with the technical team on the intelligent control system on multiple occasions, and showed strong interest in the equipment’s efficiency and intelligent level.
